The preamplifier features a flexible multi-band distortion engine. Multi-band distortion splits the signal into several different frequency bands and distorts each individually. The bands can overlap, or underlap, or be individually muted to simulate a more traditional type of distortion. By selecting different frequencies for left and right sides, you can decorrelate the left and right sides to widen the stereo image.
